• • As a UX Strategy Specialist at Risepoint Holdings LLC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences that drive engagement, lead generation, and enrollment growth for over 100 universities and colleges. Your work will directly support Risepoint’s mission to increase access to affordable, workforce-focused online education in high-demand fields like nursing, teaching, business, and public service—empowering working adults to advance their careers and meet community needs.
• • Day to day, you will develop UX strategies aligned with business goals, collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to embed UX best practices into project plans, define and advocate for UX guidelines and standards, translate user insights into actionable recommendations, and work closely with UX Design, Content Administration, copywriting, and SEO teams to optimize web templates and ensure consistent execution of optimization initiatives.
• • You will join a diverse, collaborative, and results-driven UX/UI Team within Risepoint, a mission-led education technology company dedicated to partnering with regional universities to scale high-ROI online programs.
