- • As a UX Writer, AI at Figma, you will shape how users interact with AI-powered features by crafting clear, consistent language that guides both human and agentic experiences—acting as a content engineer who bridges design, development, and AI.
- • Day to day, you’ll define best practices for AI-driven product language, partner with designers, engineers, scientists, and PMs to refine user experiences, build taxonomies and glossaries for AI outputs, measure AI-generated language quality, and contribute to product strategy across Figma’s suite.
- • You’ll join a forward-thinking UX Writing team within Figma’s mission-driven culture, collaborating in high-priority initiatives at the intersection of AI, design, and development to make design accessible to all through real-time, global collaboration.
- • In this role, you’ll deepen your expertise in AI interaction design, lead 0-to-1 initiatives in ambiguous spaces, and grow your impact by influencing how language shapes intelligent product behavior across a leading design platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience crafting simple, intuitive language solutions for complex user experiences
- • Proficient in collaborating in both design and technical environments, like Figma and GitHub
- • Skilled at developing systems-oriented, cohesive product narratives that reach beyond strings
- • Fluent in the behavior and architecture of modern AI products and how they are built
- • Effectively partners with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive aligned outcomes
