  • • As Gong's first Value Insights Manager in EMEA, you will be instrumental in articulating and quantifying the profound impact our Revenue AI Operating System delivers to our most significant and strategic clients.
  • • This pivotal role sits at the intersection of customer success, strategic consulting, and data analytics, empowering you to directly influence customer growth, retention, and overall satisfaction by showcasing tangible value.
  • • You will collaborate intimately with our go-to-market teams, including Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, to orchestrate and lead in-depth discovery sessions.
  • • Your primary objective during these sessions will be to gain a comprehensive understanding of each customer's unique strategic objectives, pressing challenges, and to proactively identify untapped opportunities for value creation through Gong's platform.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor, partnering closely with account teams and key customer stakeholders to dissect complex business challenges.
  • • Leveraging data-driven insights, you will craft compelling solutions and strategies that enhance customer ROI at every stage of their lifecycle with Gong.
  • • A core responsibility will be the development and presentation of detailed, quantitative business cases and sophisticated ROI models.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10-12+ years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, business architecture, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of demonstrating business value.
  • • Demonstrated success in creating data-driven insights and compelling business cases within B2B sales environments, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • • Proven experience designing and presenting sophisticated financial models, ROI analyses, and value-driven narratives that resonate with executive-level stakeholders.
  • • Extensive understanding of B2B sales processes, various sales methodologies, pipeline management principles, and sales operations functions.
  • • Expertise in software/SaaS business models, with a particular emphasis on Sales technology and its impact on revenue generation.
  • • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Operations, Management, Economics, or a related analytical field is preferred.
  • • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, with a notable emphasis on Salesforce.
  • • Experience leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to generate and present compelling insights.
  • • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with executives and C-level clients.
  • • Comfort navigating ambiguous environments and a consistent ability to deliver high-quality, impactful results under pressure.
  • • Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to articulate a clear vision, align diverse teams around common objectives, and measure performance against defined outcomes.
  • • Prior experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success roles is considered a strong advantage.
  • • Experience authoring thought leadership content, such as blogs, whitepapers, or webinar presentations, is a plus.
