- • We are seeking a Vice President, Corporate Development, to help define and accelerate GoodRx’s long-term growth strategy.
- • The ideal candidate will be a strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative leader with a proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives, tell complicated stories simply, and influence at all levels across the organization.
- • The role requires a self-starter who has demonstrated success making a measurable impact in a corporate strategy or related strategic leadership role.
- • The responsibilities of the role include leading the end-to-end process of developing, evaluating, and operationalizing enterprise-level strategies in partnership with executive and cross-functional leaders.
- • The role also involves supporting corporate development activities, including evaluating potential acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and other inorganic growth opportunities.
- • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business operations, corporate development, or a related strategic function.
- • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to evaluate business models, market opportunities, investment cases, and value creation levers, is also required.
- • The ideal candidate will have a strong preference for candidates with 5+ years of M&A experience in investment banking.
- • The role also requires excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- • The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and develop clear recommendations.
- • Eloquent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make a complicated story compelling and simple, are also required.
- • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior executives and cross-functional partners.
- • Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and AI tools is also required.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- • 10+ years of related experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, business operations, corporate development, or a related strategic function.
- • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to evaluate business models, market opportunities, investment cases, and value creation levers.
- • Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and develop clear recommendations.
