You will be the ultimate steward of the entire real estate lifecycle, from strategic planning and corporate headquarters development to the seamless delivery of global facilities operations, corporate travel management, and enriching employee experience programs.

• • **Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership:** You will act as a key strategic advisor and trusted partner to Illumio's executive leadership team. You will provide critical insights and recommendations to the CFO and other executives, influencing decisions on portfolio planning, operational priorities, and the future of Illumio's physical presence.
• • **Real Estate & Portfolio Strategy:** This role demands a proactive and data-driven approach to managing Illumio's global real estate footprint. You will be responsible for long-range planning, utilizing sophisticated data analysis and scenario modeling to inform strategic real estate decisions. A key aspect of this will be evaluating potential risks and identifying strategic opportunities within the portfolio to ensure maximum flexibility, scalability, and adherence to sound financial discipline. You will spearhead the expansion of Illumio's office presence, meticulously managing every stage from site selection and lease negotiations to the oversight of office build-outs, ensuring each new location aligns with our strategic goals.
• • **Workplace Experience & Organizational Enablement:** A significant part of your mandate is to cultivate an exceptional workplace experience that actively strengthens collaboration, reinforces Illumio's unique culture, and enhances employee engagement across all our global locations. This includes the strategic oversight of our comprehensive food program, ensuring high-quality daily catering, well-stocked snacks and beverages, thoughtful menu planning, rigorous vendor performance management, and diligent cost control. You will also lead the development and enhancement of employee amenities, curating services such as onsite car washes, massages, fitness facilities, and wellness programs designed to enrich the daily in-office experience. Furthermore, you will orchestrate workplace events and cultural programming, from vibrant happy hours and celebratory gatherings to significant cultural observances, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
• • **Operational Excellence:** You will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining robust operating standards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and governance frameworks that drive exceptional performance, transparency, and consistency across all workplace services. Your responsibilities will extend to the comprehensive management of facilities operations, encompassing critical systems like HVAC, maintaining impeccable janitorial and cleanliness standards, overseeing all repairs and maintenance, managing building services, and ensuring the highest levels of life-safety compliance.
