📋 Description

• This Video Editor role supports a high-volume content production engine focused on Meta advertising and digital growth, transforming raw footage into engaging, conversion-focused video assets for U.S.-based clients.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include editing large volumes of short-form video content, repurposing footage for multiple campaigns, optimizing videos for Meta advertising, collaborating with marketing teams, and leveraging AI tools to increase production efficiency.
• The role is part of a fast-paced, performance-driven marketing organization that values rapid content turnaround and data-informed creative output to maximize campaign performance and ROAS.
• The Video Editor will develop expertise in performance marketing video editing, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable content production systems while contributing directly to advertising effectiveness and audience engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience creating short-form content for Meta, Instagram Reels, Facebook, TikTok, and similar platforms
• Experience utilizing AI-powered editing tools and workflows
• Strong understanding of audience retention, engagement-focused editing, pacing, hooks, and storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with excellent communication and collaboration skills
