- • As a Video Editor at Voodoo SAS working on the Wizz app, you will play a pivotal role in driving user acquisition and engagement by creating compelling, scroll-stopping mobile video ads that resonate with Gen Z audiences, directly contributing to the app’s growth and global reach in a highly competitive social discovery market.
- • You will be responsible for producing high-performing video creatives that align with current trends on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat, leveraging your expertise in video editing and AI-assisted tools to innovate creative formats, hooks, and storytelling techniques that maximize install rates and user retention.
- • Your day-to-day will involve benchmarking competitor and industry-leading social app content, experimenting relentlessly with new visual styles and ad formats, analyzing performance metrics such as CTR, CPI, and retention to inform iterative improvements, and collaborating closely with a diverse, international creative squad to produce assets across multiple products including Wizz, BeReal, and WeMoms.
- • You will also contribute to transversal initiatives such as testing emerging creative tools and AI workflows, helping shape the future of Voodoo’s creative production capabilities while operating within a fast-paced, data-informed growth environment that values experimentation and cultural fluency.
- • The Wizz Growth team operates at the intersection of mobile marketing, ad tech, and youth culture, combining user acquisition, creative innovation, monetization, and technical execution to scale one of Voodoo’s flagship social apps, offering you a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of Gen Z-focused digital experiences.

🎯 Requirements
- • Fully proficient in video editing and content creation with expert-level skills in Adobe After Effects
- • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within mobile app marketing or social media creative production
- • Deep familiarity with Gen Z culture and the mobile app landscape, including trends on TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat
- • Experience using AI tools for creative production and a strong interest in leveraging emerging technologies
- • Creative mindset with a growth hacking approach — able to translate cultural insights into high-performing ad concepts
- • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively in an international team
