📋 Description

• Own the entire VIP lifecycle for Magic Eden’s new iGaming vertical—from first big win to lifelong brand ambassador. You’ll be the single point of contact for our highest-value players, crafting bespoke journeys that turn adrenaline into loyalty and loyalty into revenue.
• Combine art and science to identify future VIPs before anyone else does. Mine on-chain data, betting patterns, wallet activity, and social signals to build predictive models that surface tomorrow’s whales today.
• Design hyper-personalized reward mechanics: custom rake-back rates, NFT loot boxes, private tournament invites, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences like ringside seats at a title fight or backstage passes at a music festival. Every touchpoint must feel handcrafted, not automated.
• Orchestrate seamless cross-functional execution. Brief product on new VIP features, brief marketing on tone and creative, brief compliance on jurisdictional nuances, and brief finance on payout rails—then quarterback the launch so players feel only magic, never friction.
• Run a 24/7 concierge desk that never sleeps. Whether a player needs a last-minute withdrawal on Christmas morning or wants to fly in friends for a private poker night, you’ll make it happen with white-glove speed and discretion.
• Host and attend high-octane events—both virtual and IRL. Picture a yacht party in Sydney Harbour during NFT Week, or an exclusive VR blackjack table streamed inside our metaverse lounge. You’ll manage budgets, vendors, risk, and post-event analytics to prove ROI.
• Build the KPI dashboard that becomes the single source of truth for VIP health: churn probability, predicted lifetime value, average bet size, session frequency, NPS, and event attendance. Present findings weekly to the exec team and iterate tactics in real time.
• Champion responsible gaming at the top of the funnel. Detect early signs of problem play, intervene with empathy, and partner with RG specialists to protect both the player and the brand.
• Act as the voice of the VIP inside Magic Eden. Translate player feedback into product specs, lobby for faster withdrawal rails, and push for localized content that resonates from Melbourne to Manila.
• Stay ahead of the curve. Track emerging iGaming trends—think Telegram casinos, on-chain sports prediction markets, or AI-powered live dealers—and pitch experiments that keep Magic Eden three moves ahead of the competition.
• Scale the program without losing the human touch. Build SOPs, mentor junior hosts, and implement CRM automations that free you up for the moments that truly require a personal call or a surprise gift at the door.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in VIP management, player relations, or luxury client services within iGaming, sportsbook, or casino environments.
• Demonstrated success growing high-value player portfolios and lifting lifetime value through tailored incentives and experiences.
• Fluent in CRM and analytics platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, or similar) to segment players and measure campaign ROI.
• Deep understanding of responsible gaming regulations and best practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills—comfortable negotiating with whales, presenting to executives, and hosting live events.
• Nice-to-have: existing network of iGaming influencers, crypto-native community leaders, or luxury hospitality contacts.
