This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and sending out reminders to ensure all team members are on track and well-informed. You'll be the go-to person for organizing virtual meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions, ensuring that every discussion leads to tangible outcomes.
  • • Effective communication is key. You will be responsible for drafting and sending emails, responding to inquiries, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
