From day one you will own real deliverables—scheduling social posts, proofing email copy, mining analytics dashboards, and coordinating with designers—while receiving mentorship from senior marketers who want to see you thrive.
  • • **Own the marketing calendar.** You will build and maintain a master content calendar in Asana that spans blogs, reels, newsletters, and paid ads. Each week you will flag gaps, suggest trending topics, and ensure every asset is tagged, briefed, and delivered on time. Your knack for color-coding and deadline nudges will keep the entire team synchronized across four time zones.
  • • **Turn raw numbers into stories.** Using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and native platform insights, you will pull weekly performance reports that reveal which TikTok hook drove the most sign-ups or which subject line lifted open rates by 12 %. You will translate those findings into one-page takeaways for leadership and propose A/B tests that sharpen our next sprint.
  • • **Champion flawless execution.** Whether it’s uploading a 30-email nurture sequence, QA-ing a landing page for mobile responsiveness, or triple-checking UTM parameters before a product drop, your eagle eye will prevent costly mistakes. You will document every process in Notion so the playbook stays current when we scale from five to fifty campaigns a month.
  • • **Amplify community voices.** You will monitor Instagram DMs, Reddit threads, and Trustpilot reviews, surfacing user-generated content and customer quotes that can be repurposed into ads or case studies. Expect to spend one hour a day engaging authentically with followers, thanking them, and routing product issues to the right internal owner within 15 minutes.
  • • **Collaborate across galaxies (virtually).** You will hop on Zoom stand-ups at 9 a.m. PT three days a week, present your metrics in Slack huddles, and co-edit Canva graphics in real time. We use Loom for async updates and expect crisp, emoji-sprinkled communication that keeps spirits high and ambiguity low.
  • • **Grow without limits.** Every quarter you will choose a stretch goal—maybe earning the Google Ads certification, scripting your first YouTube pre-roll, or automating a Zapier workflow that saves the team five hours a week. Budget for courses, books, and conferences is pre-approved; all we ask is that you share your new super-power with the rest of us in a 10-minute lunch-and-learn.
  • • **Impact you can measure.** Within 90 days you will have launched at least three campaigns end-to-end, grown our email list by 5 %, and cut reporting turnaround time from 48 to 24 hours. By month six you will have influenced a six-figure pipeline and earned a performance raise. This isn’t a “fetch coffee” gig—it’s a launchpad for a lifelong marketing career.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Reliable high-speed internet, a distraction-free workspace, and availability for core collaboration hours 9 a.m.–12 p.m. PT at least three weekdays
