• • The Visual Storytelling & Innovation Lead in the Office of the CRO at OpenAI is responsible for shaping how the organization communicates strategy, drives innovation, and elevates executive storytelling to support scalable commercial growth and strategic customer engagement.
• • Day to day, the role involves leading narrative development and presentation design for CRO-led events, translating complex product and strategy insights into compelling visual and written stories, prototyping custom GPTs and internal apps for ‘customer zero’ innovation, and partnering with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Communications to align messaging and deliver cohesive experiences.
• • The Office of the CRO orchestrates OpenAI’s global go-to-market motion, ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Research to drive scalable commercial growth and deepen strategic customer relationships, operating at the forefront of AI-driven transformation.
• • In this role, the individual will master executive storytelling at the intersection of design and AI innovation, build scalable frameworks for internal tool adoption, influence how OpenAI engages strategic customers, and gain direct exposure to CRO-level strategy and cross-functional leadership in a high-impact, fast-scaling environment.
