- • As a Voice Agent Design Lead, you will lead the design and delivery of approximately 50 production-ready voice AI agents tailored to healthcare payor workflows, directly enabling scalable, safe, and clinically accurate patient interactions across core health plan operations and adjacent verticals like PBM and retail pharmacy.
- • You will translate complex clinical and operational workflows—including NCQA, HEDIS, formulary rules, and care transition protocols—into intuitive, empathetic, multi-turn conversational AI scripts, leveraging LLMs as accelerants while applying deep domain expertise to ensure safety, compliance, and usability.
- • You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define prompt structures, tool integrations, and data flows, ensuring seamless handoff and robust performance in real-world healthcare environments.
- • Through rigorous testing, QA, and documentation, you will establish quality benchmarks and maintainable agent specifications that support post-deployment monitoring, iteration, and scalability across the organization’s growing agent catalog.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of direct experience in health insurance, payor, PBM, or value-based care environments with deep understanding of member journeys, HEDIS measures, utilization management, pharmacy benefits, and clinical operations.
- • Proven experience designing multi-turn conversational experiences or structured patient-facing content, including dialogue flow design, intent mapping, and empathetic communication for healthcare audiences.
- • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-volume output quickly in ambiguous, fast-paced settings, with a track record of shipping tangible work products (not just strategy or documentation).
