This pivotal role reports directly to the Country MD/EVP Client Management and is instrumental in fostering deep, strategic partnerships with our clients. You will be the architect of client success, leading our teams to not only understand client challenges but to expertly interpret briefs and translate them into award-winning agency solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring sustained business growth and long-term success across a diverse portfolio of client accounts.
- • As a VP, Client Management, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships at the C-suite and senior decision-maker level, both within client organizations and internally. Your primary focus will be on driving client retention, enhancing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for revenue expansion. You will orchestrate the execution of client strategies, ensuring seamless alignment and collaborative effort across all internal teams working towards shared objectives. This role demands a strategic thinker who can anticipate client needs and proactively develop innovative approaches to meet them.
- • A key aspect of this position involves driving the activation of new products and services, facilitating market expansion for our clients, and ultimately increasing client spend through demonstrated value and strategic guidance. You will act as the ultimate point of escalation for any client-related issues, employing your extensive experience to ensure challenges are resolved swiftly, effectively, and with minimal disruption to client operations. Your ability to navigate complex situations with grace and professionalism will be paramount.
- • Beyond client-facing responsibilities, you will play a significant role in optimizing internal operations. This includes streamlining processes, refining workflows, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across all accounts. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to oversee key capability workstreams, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the agency. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future direction of our client management practices.
- • Leadership and team development are core components of this role. You will be tasked with leading, mentoring, and developing senior team members, fostering a high-performance culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Delivering SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals for quarterly performance reviews for all direct reports, and meticulously reviewing performance reviews for line managers within your hub ownership, will be essential to nurturing talent and ensuring accountability.
- • This role requires a strategic mindset capable of developing long-term client and agency plans. You must possess the ability to prioritize effectively, delegate tasks with precision, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Your expertise will be critical in identifying and delivering growth or performance improvement opportunities for team members within your designated hub ownership, ensuring the continued development and success of the client management function.
