  • • Cents Systems Inc. is seeking a visionary and results-oriented VP, Customer Success to lead our rapidly growing Customer Success organization. This is a pivotal role for a seasoned leader passionate about revolutionizing the laundry industry through innovative SaaS solutions. As a key member of our executive team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our customer engagement strategies, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction, and driving significant Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across our software and payment offerings.   • • In this leadership position, you will be responsible for defining and executing a world-class Customer Success strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives. Your primary focus will be on institutionalizing excellence within the Customer Success function, bringing structure and scalability to our operations without sacrificing our current momentum. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of proactive engagement, deep customer understanding, and measurable value delivery. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in scaling customer success operations within a SaaS environment, particularly for SMB-focused businesses.
  • • Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing scalable and efficient onboarding processes that ensure customers achieve rapid time-to-value. You will define clear metrics for product readiness and customer activation, enabling proactive identification of opportunities and risks. A critical aspect of your role will be to develop predictive models for customer health, moving from a reactive to a proactive engagement model. You will strategically segment our customer base to ensure that our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are focusing their efforts where they can create the most value, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • • You will own the Net Revenue Retention (NRR) metric, developing strategies to not only retain but also expand revenue from our existing customer base. This includes fostering strong relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring customers are maximizing the value derived from our platform. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that our customers view Cents as an indispensable partner in their business growth.
  • • This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and the unique challenges and opportunities within the garment care industry. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from pre-sales through renewal and expansion. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies, ensuring that our offerings continue to meet and exceed the evolving needs of our customers.
  • • We are looking for a leader who can bring a data-driven approach to Customer Success, leveraging analytics to inform strategy and measure impact. You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Customer Success team, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be essential for driving strategic decisions and demonstrating the ROI of our Customer Success efforts.
  • • Beyond operational excellence, you will champion the voice of the customer internally, ensuring that their feedback and needs are integrated into all aspects of the business. You will build a Customer Success organization that is not only scalable but also adaptable, ready to support the company's growth trajectory for the next decade and beyond.
