  • • This senior leadership role demands a strategic visionary with profound expertise in client management, possessing a deep, intrinsic understanding of client businesses to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
  • • Your primary objective will be to orchestrate the delivery of best-in-class creative content, proactively anticipating challenges and developing innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.

  • • Offer strategic oversight in clearly articulating client business objectives, and lead Jellyfish's solution development and response strategies in close collaboration with our capability teams to deliver exceptional creative content.
  • • Drive proactive solutions and identify new opportunities based on evolving client business needs, working in tandem with our capability leads to ensure a cohesive and impactful client experience.
  • • Conduct rigorous Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), client relationship surveys, and meticulously document key meeting notes, translating these into actionable strategic recommendations.
  • • You will be expected to constantly optimize client engagements, seeking innovative ways to enhance relationships and improve ways of working, always maintaining a periscopic view of future needs, potential challenges, and proactive risk mitigation.
  • • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key senior client stakeholders, while simultaneously identifying and cultivating new connections to expand our footprint within client organizations.
  • • Collaborate effectively with department and industry leads across Jellyfish to identify and pursue new growth opportunities, ensuring a unified approach to client development.
  • • Diligently monitor the commercial aspects of client relationships, actively driving operational improvements and enhancing efficiency to ensure profitability and client value.
  • • Lead complex client renewals, employing strategic foresight and robust relationship management to ensure long-term client success and sustained profitability.
  • • Take ownership of accurate client forecast submissions and oversee account financial operations, including billing, in close coordination with the internal finance team.
  • • Act as a mentor and coach to junior team members, fostering their professional growth, developing their expertise, and ensuring the consistent delivery of Jellyfish's 'Brilliant Basics' in client management at all levels.
  • • Deliver against SMART goals, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and provide insightful feedback to managers regarding requested team members' performance and development.
  • • Proactively identify and address any resource or skillset gaps within the team to ensure optimal functioning and sustained high performance.
  • • Drive thought leadership and disseminate industry insights through strategic external partnerships with key players such as Google, Facebook, Salesforce, and Amazon.
  • • Actively participate in Jellyfish training initiatives across various capability teams to identify emergent opportunities for your respective accounts and enhance your strategic understanding.
  • • Support broader marketing efforts by developing client-endorsed case studies and collaborating on partner PR initiatives to elevate Jellyfish's profile and showcase client successes.

  • • Embrace ownership and accountability, learning from mistakes and implementing improvements.
  • • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving, identifying obstacles early and developing actionable mitigation strategies.
  • • Exhibit a strong commitment to growth and learning, actively seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
  • • Leverage your commercial acumen to build staffing plans, define SLAs, manage scope, and optimize for profitability.
  • • Apply your multi-sector/vertical experience to diverse client needs, ideally with cross-market or large enterprise account experience.
  • • Utilize your new business experience to own pitch narratives and lead end-to-end processes.
  • • Employ excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver clear, persuasive, and actionable recommendations.
  • • Bring technical expertise in your 'bent' and a broad comprehension of Jellyfish offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • • Strategically utilize data and tools like Google Analytics to drive decision-making and maximize ROI.
