- • Own and architect the entire marketing function at Peach—our brand, positioning, messaging, demand generation, product marketing, events, and analyst relations—reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive team.
- • Triple-to-quadruple top-of-funnel pipeline within 12-18 months by designing and executing a modern, data-driven B2B growth engine that blends paid, earned, and owned channels with creative, low-cost experiments.
- • Translate ambitious ARR targets (on the path to $100 M) into quarterly marketing OKRs, budget allocations, channel mix, and funnel conversion models; present progress, CAC, LTV, and ROI to the board every quarter.
- • Build and lead a lean, high-impact team (initially 3-5 marketers) across demand gen, product marketing, content, and events; coach individuals to operate autonomously while maintaining rigorous experimentation and accountability.
- • Partner shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales to co-own pipeline goals, define ICPs, craft account-based plays, and deliver battle-tested enablement assets that shorten sales cycles and lift win rates.
- • Own product marketing end-to-end: distill complex lending-platform capabilities into crisp value propositions, competitive kill sheets, ROI calculators, pricing & packaging recommendations, and launch playbooks that accelerate product-led growth.
- • Design and execute a high-ROI events and field marketing strategy—selecting, negotiating, and activating key fintech conferences, executive roundtables, and partner summits—while measuring influenced revenue and brand lift.
- • Spearhead partner & channel marketing with ecosystem allies (banks, processors, core systems, consultants) to unlock referral pipelines and co-sell motions that extend Peach’s reach without proportional spend.
- • Act as the external face of Peach: keynote major industry stages, brief top-tier analysts (Gartner, Forrester, Aite), and secure earned media coverage that positions Peach as the definitive category leader in modern loan servicing.
- • Institutionalize a culture of rapid experimentation—weekly growth sprints, A/B tests, AI-assisted content production, and guerrilla campaigns—that allows us to out-maneuver larger incumbents on creativity and speed.
- • Implement robust marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Mutiny, etc.) with clean attribution, lead-scoring, and automated nurture tracks that give Sales real-time visibility into funnel health.
- • Continuously scan the horizon for emerging channels (community-led growth, product hunt launches, fintech podcasts, vertical newsletters) and fold the highest-leverage opportunities into the plan.
- • Champion brand consistency across every touchpoint—website, demo environment, sales decks, customer community, and executive briefing centers—ensuring Peach’s story is cohesive, differentiated, and memorable.
- • Foster cross-functional alignment by running monthly “state of marketing” sessions with Product, Sales, CS, and Finance to surface insights, recalibrate priorities, and celebrate wins.
- • Lay the groundwork for your own succession: codify processes, hire ahead of the curve, and prepare to evolve into a CMO role as Peach scales past $100 M ARR.
