- • As the VP of Revenue Operations at Paddle.com Market Limited, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our go-to-market (GTM) engine, driving commercial execution, and accelerating revenue growth. This pivotal role sits at the core of our GTM strategy, where you will own the critical systems, operational rhythms, and data-driven insights that empower our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- • Your primary mission is to establish and refine the operational backbone of the business. This involves not only ensuring the smooth and efficient "running of the business" through rigorous operational management but also providing the strategic foresight necessary to "grow the business" effectively. You will be the architect of our GTM operating model, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and aligned with our ambitious company objectives.
- • You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), translating high-level company priorities and commercial objectives into actionable operational strategies. This partnership is key to ensuring alignment and maximizing the impact of our GTM efforts.
- • A significant part of your role will involve the design and implementation of Paddle’s GTM operating model. This includes defining territory structures, developing sophisticated capacity planning models, setting equitable quotas, and designing sales compensation programs that effectively motivate performance and foster sustainable revenue growth. Your expertise will ensure our sales force is structured and incentivized for maximum success.
- • You will lead and elevate our Deal Desk function, striking a crucial balance between maintaining strong commercial guardrails and ensuring the agility and flexibility required to scale operations efficiently. This function will be critical in streamlining deal processes and ensuring profitable growth.
- • A core responsibility is the management and optimization of our GTM technology stack and data architecture. You will leverage AI-driven automation to enhance visibility, improve data accuracy, and boost overall efficiency across the entire GTM lifecycle, from lead generation to customer expansion.
- • You will establish and champion global standards for forecasting and pipeline management. By meticulously tracking performance from initial lead engagement through to expansion opportunities, you will drive improvements in conversion rates, accelerate deal velocity, and enhance the accuracy of our business planning and forecasting.
- • Leading the GTM enablement strategy and execution is another key area. Your focus will be on reducing ramp time for new team members and ensuring that our field teams are consistently trained, coached, and equipped with the knowledge and tools to articulate Paddle’s unique value proposition effectively.
- • You will own the management and delivery of high-impact GTM initiatives. This involves translating strategic plans into tangible execution, ensuring clear ownership, proactive risk management, and transparent progress reporting to stakeholders.
- • A continuous audit and optimization of existing workflows and processes will be essential. Your goal is to identify and remove operational friction, implement scalable processes, and drive significant gains in operational efficiency and team productivity.
- • Close collaboration with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams is paramount. You will foster a shared understanding of performance metrics, ensure consistency in reporting, and maintain strong alignment between our commercial execution strategies and overarching company goals.
- • By embracing a data-driven approach, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. These insights will inform better decision-making, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance execution across the entire customer journey, ultimately accelerating Paddle's trajectory.
