📋 Description

• As VP of Site Reliability at Titan AI Inc., you will build and operate the SRE practice from the ground up, ensuring the reliability of AI banking software deployed across diverse customer environments including Azure, private cloud, and on-premises infrastructure.
• You will own site reliability engineering by defining SLOs, establishing on-call rotations, leading incident response for live bank customers, and producing postmortems, while also building production support structures including severity tiers, SLAs, and alert routing before handing off to a dedicated team.
• You will set engineering operations standards across all engineering lanes, including sprint discipline, release rituals, code review, change management, and metrics reporting, while owning SOC 2 artifacts, model risk documentation, and change traceability required for bank examiner scrutiny.
• You will learn and achieve scalable reliability practices in a regulated fintech environment, shaping the foundation for platform stability from 10 to 350+ banking customers, and establishing processes that enable efficient hiring and team scaling without managing direct reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years personally building SRE or platform operations functions in enterprise or regulated software companies.
• Proven experience writing SLOs that are actively used, standing up on-call rotations from scratch, and serving as technical owner during production incidents in multi-tenant, multi-deployment-model environments.
• Background from companies shipping software to customers at scale (e.g., ServiceNow, MongoDB, AWS, GCP) with deep understanding of last-mile deployment complexity across Azure, private cloud, and customer infrastructure.
