- • As the Vice President of Professional Services at Perseus Group, you will be instrumental in establishing and scaling a brand-new department dedicated to client success through expert implementations, seamless migrations, and sophisticated integrations.
- • This pivotal leadership role involves defining and operationalizing the overarching Professional Services strategy, meticulously crafting repeatable methodologies, and cultivating a high-performing team.
- • Your primary objective will be to drive exceptional client outcomes, foster profitable growth for the organization, and ensure durable adoption of Perseus Group's comprehensive product suite.
- • You will be the architect of client value, ensuring that every engagement accelerates time-to-value and leads to predictable, successful go-lives.
- • A key facet of this role is to build robust feedback loops, channeling critical client insights directly into our Product and Client Success teams to inform future development and service enhancements.
- • You will lead and meticulously oversee the delivery of custom client solutions, encompassing complex integrations, critical data migrations, and the development of tailored product enhancements designed to meet unique client needs.
- • This includes managing the intake process for custom client requests, ensuring rigorous scoping, precise resource planning, and unwavering alignment with the broader product strategy.
- • A crucial part of your responsibility will be to act as a liaison with Product and Engineering teams, effectively triaging and prioritizing requests that necessitate core development efforts.
- • You will manage teams responsible for the end-to-end client implementation and onboarding journey across multiple product lines, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
- • A significant focus will be placed on developing scalable, repeatable delivery frameworks and comprehensive playbooks that drive consistency, efficiency, and leverage economies of scale.
- • You will be accountable for ensuring that all projects are delivered punctually, within the defined scope, and consistently exceed client expectations, fostering strong client relationships and trust.
- • Provide strategic direction and inspirational leadership to the entire Professional Services team, setting a clear vision and fostering a collaborative environment.
- • You will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team comprised of client-facing consultants, dedicated project managers, and specialized technical experts.
- • Cultivate a strong departmental culture characterized by accountability, a commitment to continuous improvement, and an unwavering client-centric approach.
- • Develop robust succession plans and actively foster a performance-driven culture that recognizes and rewards excellence.
- • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to meticulously track delivery performance, team utilization rates, and overall client satisfaction, using data to drive improvements.
- • Implement and optimize Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools and sophisticated delivery dashboards to provide clear visibility into project backlogs, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy.
- • Own the departmental Profit and Loss (P&L), focusing on margin optimization, strategic resource allocation, and ensuring the financial health of the Professional Services function.
- • Serve as the executive sponsor for critical client implementations when necessary, acting as a trusted strategic advisor to clients throughout their onboarding and implementation phases.
- • Collaborate seamlessly across Sales, Product, Engineering, Client Delivery, and Client Success departments to ensure smooth client transitions, effective feedback mechanisms, and the identification of expansion opportunities.
- • Act as a key partner in the pre-sales process, contributing to accurate scoping and effective solution design to set clients up for success from the outset.
- • Proactively monitor client satisfaction levels and champion continuous improvement initiatives based on direct client feedback.
- • Support strategic expansion and cross-sell opportunities by cultivating and nurturing trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- • This role is critical to the long-term success and growth of Perseus Group, directly impacting client retention, product adoption, and overall revenue.
