- • Originate, develop, and manage long-term client relationships with commercial businesses, vendors, and referral partners to drive equipment financing growth.
- • Execute proactive calling strategies and maintain a robust pipeline to consistently generate new deal flow in equipment finance markets.
- • Represent Verdant Commercial Capital at industry events, networking functions, and market-facing activities to expand brand presence and client acquisition.
- • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to commercial clients by delivering tailored equipment financing solutions including leases and loans.
- • Deepen client relationships through cross-selling additional financing products and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- • Deliver a high-level client experience characterized by responsiveness, expertise, and flawless execution throughout the financing lifecycle.
- • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lending and equipment finance relationships, ensuring ongoing client engagement and financial health monitoring.
- • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of client statements, cash flow, and credit risk to support underwriting and decision-making processes.
- • Structure, negotiate, and close equipment finance transactions while adhering to internal credit policies and compliance standards.
- • Collaborate with credit, legal, operations, and syndication teams to facilitate timely approvals, documentation, and deal closures.
- • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and smooth transaction execution from origination to funding.
- • Monitor portfolio credit quality and proactively address risk exposures to maintain asset integrity and regulatory compliance.
- • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding Verdant’s market reach, product offerings, and operational capabilities.
- • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, vendors, and centers of influence (COIs) to build a sustainable referral network for business development.
- • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with federal banking regulations and Axos Bank’s internal risk and compliance frameworks.
