- • As a Technical Account Manager at Commvault, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, owning the post-sale relationship and ensuring customer success through cyber resiliency solutions, directly impacting retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- • Day to day, you will build and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders, act as the main point of contact, conduct regular check-ins to assess needs and security posture, travel for on-site meetings, lead technical discussions on solution integration, advocate for customer feedback internally, and use data and success plans to drive Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth.
