📋 Description

• As VP of Revenue Operations at Ambient AI Inc., you will architect the predictable, scalable revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to power the company’s next phase of growth from 1 to 10, reporting directly to the CEO and serving as the connective tissue of the GTM organization.
• You will own forecasting and planning, build and lead the Revenue Operations team, optimize end-to-end lead-to-cash processes, manage CRM architecture and GTM tech stack, align cross-functional strategy, and deliver actionable insights to drive revenue efficiency and executive decision-making.
• Ambient AI Inc. is the category creator and leader in Agentic Physical Security, powered by the Ambient Pulsar Vision-Language Model, serving world-class customers like Cisco, ServiceNow, and TikTok, with doubled new ARR in FY26 and processing 200M+ video hours daily, backed by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator.
• You will build and scale a high-impact Revenue Operations function from the ground up, develop a high-performing team, refine GTM motions, and gain executive and board-level visibility while making a measurable, company-level impact in a mission-driven, high-growth startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy experience in B2B SaaS, including supporting high-growth enterprise sales motions
• Experience scaling GTM operations through hypergrowth at an enterprise B2B SaaS startup, having built operational infrastructure for forecasting, planning, systems, and territory design
• Experience building and leading a Revenue Operations or equivalent GTM operations function, including hiring and developing a team
• Proven ability to design scalable processes and lead complex cross-functional initiatives at the executive level
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with deep fluency in funnel metrics and SaaS KPIs
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive- and board-level storytelling ability
