- • Lead and accelerate Alteryx’s growth across Continental Europe as VP Sales, owning the regional growth plan with full accountability for revenue, pipeline, and customer outcomes.
- • Define and execute the growth strategy, drive new logo acquisition, expand strategic accounts, and maximize customer lifetime value while reporting to the Senior Vice President, International.
- • Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing sales organization, aligning all go-to-market functions—including Field Marketing, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Partners & Alliances, Customer Experience, and Renewals—to a unified strategy and operating cadence.
- • Build and execute a multi-year growth strategy, establish strong cross-functional alignment, drive data-driven decision making, recruit and retain top talent, and foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of experience in enterprise software with significant leadership in both sales and broader GTM functions
- • Proven success in a second-line sales leadership role with multi-functional scope
- • Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and scaling high-growth regions
- • Experience leading complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals and managing large strategic accounts
- • Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, partners, CX) to deliver measurable outcomes
- • Strong experience in partner-led and ecosystem-driven growth models
