- • This role exists to own and scale Redgate’s global partner ecosystem, driving meaningful ARR growth through a multi-tier channel strategy, deepened hyperscaler alliances with AWS and Microsoft, and the launch of a first-class Consulting Partner Program.
- • Day to day, the VP will define the multi-year channel strategy aligned to the 5-year ARR plan, lead and develop the global channel team, manage forecast accountability and channel cost-of-sale, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
- • Redgate is a trusted provider of database management solutions for data professionals, operating with a culture built on trust, accountability, and collaboration, where sustainable delivery and long-term value are prioritized over short-term wins.
- • In this role, the individual will gain board-level visibility, shape global partner strategy from the ground up, lead executive-level relationships with hyperscalers and consulting partners, and drive measurable impact on revenue and market expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • Significant channel and partner leadership experience in software or IT, with a proven track record scaling channel programs and delivering quantifiable ARR growth.
- • Hands-on experience building hyperscaler alliances — AWS Marketplace, co-sell (ACE), APN progression, and/or equivalent Microsoft Azure/MPN experience.
- • Experience launching a Consulting or SI Partner Program, including tiers, commercial model design, and certification paths.
- • Strong commercial acumen and P&L management capability, with the ability to build business cases and drive decisions from data.
- • Confident operating at board and C-level, with the executive presence to represent Redgate in VP and C-suite partner relationships globally.
