📋 Description

• As a Web and Brand Designer at Breakout Prop, you will own the design of the Breakout website, landing pages, and conversion flows, with a focus on creating scalable, AI-powered design systems that enable the wider marketing team to self-serve on-brand assets.
• Day to day, you will design web pages and marketing assets, build reusable components and templates using AI tools like Claude Design and Figma Make, prototype clickable interfaces, collaborate with engineering for clean handoffs, and evolve the brand system across email, social, and lifecycle channels.
• You will join Breakout, a crypto prop trading program under Payward (Kraken’s parent company), which provides skilled traders with funded accounts and up to 90% profit share, operating within a fast-moving, innovation-driven financial technology environment.
• In this role, you will learn to leverage AI as a force multiplier in design, scale your impact through systems thinking, deepen your expertise in conversion-focused UX, and help define the brand and design standards for a growing crypto trading platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped web and marketing design work in a fast-moving environment
• Deep command of website UX including information architecture, responsive layout, design systems, interaction and conversion design, and dev-ready handoff in Figma
• Experience designing with AI day to day, including proficiency with Claude Design, Figma Make / Figma AI, and Nano Banana Pro
• Proven ability to build design systems or tooling that enable non-designers to produce on-brand work independently
• Comfort designing across web, lifecycle email, organic social, and brand assets while maintaining a cohesive brand system
• Ability to produce clickable, code-backed prototypes using HTML/CSS or AI-assisted code tools
