• • As a Windows Platform Support (L1) at Interactive Brokers LLC, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues affecting the Microsoft Windows platform, ensuring timely resolution or escalation to maintain seamless operations for business and development end-users.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical assistance via phone, email, in-person, or remote support tools; resolving issues with desktops, laptops, virtual machines, peripherals; installing and configuring operating systems, applications, and drivers; troubleshooting using diagnostic tools; documenting solutions in the knowledge base; maintaining incident updates; and participating in training and team meetings to support departmental goals.
