• • As a WordPress Developer at Latamcent, you will maintain and enhance the company’s website to ensure it remains clean, fast, and up to standard, directly supporting the mission of connecting B2B SaaS companies with pre-vetted LATAM talent.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include translating Figma designs into functional pages using Elementor, building custom post types and fields, configuring filters, optimizing on-page SEO (including proper H1 usage and heading hierarchy), and diagnosing and improving website speed performance.
• • You will work independently within a growing nearshore hiring partner that values proactive communication and self-management, placing talent for clients across North America while operating fully remotely with a focus on Latin America-based talent.
