This includes expertly calendaring hearings and critical deadlines, meticulously organizing case files for easy retrieval, and managing the logistical aspects of case progression.

- • Your organizational skills will be vital in organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices, ensuring a systematic and accessible case file structure.
- • You will actively aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests, providing timely and accurate support.
- • Gathering relevant information from a variety of sources, including client interviews, public records, and expert consultations, will be a regular part of your role.
- • You will serve as a liaison between trial teams and internal/external third parties, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
- • Assisting with witness preparation, ensuring witnesses are ready for depositions and trial testimony, is another important responsibility.
