📋 Description

• As the anchor of ElevenLabs’ San Francisco office, you will be the vital operational heartbeat of a rapidly growing AI company at the forefront of voice and generative AI innovation, ensuring the physical workspace reflects the excellence and culture of a $11B-valued organization serving millions of users and enterprise clients like Deutsche Telekom and Meta.
• You will own the day-to-day operational excellence and workplace experience of the San Francisco office, managing everything from onboarding new hires and curating office aesthetics to troubleshooting administrative duties, overseeing vendor relationships, and maintaining seamless operations in a high-trust, high-autonomy environment where impact—not titles—drives everything.
• ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology, operating with high-velocity experimentation, AI-first principles, and a global team culture that prioritizes talent over location, backed by $781M in funding from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia.
• You will lead end-to-end logistics for on-site events such as AI hackathons, hiring events, and internal celebrations, while managing office access, guest registration, security protocols, supplies inventory, and vendor relationships for catering, cleaning, and maintenance—ensuring a safe, welcoming, and professionally run environment.
• You will develop and implement office policies and procedures, identify process improvements, coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders including senior leaders and partners, and build scalable systems that support the company’s rapid growth in a fast-moving, innovation-driven setting.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven operational expertise in managing the day-to-day running of a high-visibility office, including oversight of supplies, vendors, maintenance, and administrative functions.
• Experience acting as the primary point of contact for building management, coordinating with vendors (catering, cleaning, maintenance), and overseeing office maintenance and supply chain logistics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from senior executives and legal partners to vendors and office guests, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and secure environment.
• A proactive and forward-thinking mindset with a proven ability to anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and implement new processes to improve workflow in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Experience fostering a positive and productive office environment, including planning and executing office-wide events, optimizing resource allocation, and negotiating with vendors for high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
• Based in the San Francisco office, you will serve as the on-site anchor for the team, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees and visitors.
