- • The Yield Manager at PatientPoint plays a critical role in maximizing revenue across Precision and Programmatic channels by designing and executing data-driven yield strategies that directly impact monetization while safeguarding client performance and health outcomes for millions of patients nationwide.
- • This individual contributor role bridges two complex revenue ecosystems—Precision and Programmatic—through strategic inventory packaging, floor price governance, deal structuring, and auction optimization, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives.
- • Day to day, the Yield Manager will own portfolio-level yield strategy including floor policies, rate card guidance, discount bands, alerting, and prioritization rules across both Precision and Programmatic channels.
- • They will design inventory and PMP packaging frameworks based on audience, venue, daypart, and exclusivity, and define end-to-end programmatic deal operations from setup through ongoing optimization.
- • The role involves running structured A/B and multivariate experiments on pricing, floors, and priority rules, and building forecasting models to quantify revenue and margin impact for strategic decision-making.
- • The Yield Manager will partner with Analytics to build unified, real-time dashboards across channels, establish campaign health standards, and serve as the escalation point for systemic issues affecting yield or delivery.
- • They will lead strategic SSP partner management, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), roadmap discussions, and identification of monetization opportunities, while collaborating closely with Ad Tech on server and OMS configurations.
- • Collaboration is central to this role, requiring daily partnership with Ad Operations, Sales, Pricing, Product, and Data teams to ensure yield strategies are aligned with broader go-to-market and product initiatives.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in yield management, publisher ad ops, or programmatic monetization with direct revenue optimization ownership.
- • Hands-on SSP deal setup experience and deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystems (RTB, PMP, deal IDs) and publisher ad tech (ad servers, SSPs, OMS).
- • Proven portfolio-level yield experience—floors, rate cards, packaging, prioritization—not just campaign optimization.
- • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and BI tools; SQL preferred; excellent executive communication and presentation abilities.
