• • YouTube Video Editor for a confidential global technology client, responsible for editing high-performing longform YouTube content to elevate storytelling, improve retention, and bring powerful technology stories to life in a human, inspiring, and culturally relevant way.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include editing YouTube-first longform content, shaping stories with strong pacing and hooks for retention, collaborating with internal marketing teams and producers on various longform formats, maintaining organized and scalable workflows for fast delivery, and refining creative based on performance data and audience insights.
• • The role is with Snowball Digital, a creative YouTube partner supporting a major technology brand’s channel strategy, working closely with Snowball’s YouTube growth experts (27M+ subscribers, 110B+ views) to experiment with formats and scale influential technology channels.
• • The person will learn advanced YouTube retention strategies, refine storytelling for technical audiences, gain experience scaling high-visibility channels, and deepen expertise in creative collaboration within a fast-moving, data-informed production environment.
