• • As a YouTube Video Editor for Monarch, you will shape raw footage into clear, engaging long-form stories optimized for retention and trust, playing a key role in communicating personal finance concepts in an accessible and emotionally resonant way.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include editing YouTube-first long-form videos with strong pacing and narrative structure, collaborating with producers and strategists to refine story intent, creating short-form cutdowns, applying motion graphics and sound design, and maintaining organized workflows for timely delivery.
• • You will be embedded within Monarch’s Creative team through Snowball Digital, their YouTube creative partner, working alongside experts who manage a channel with over 27 million subscribers and 110 billion+ views to experiment with formats and build trust-driven content.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in educational and brand storytelling, refine your ability to translate complex financial topics into compelling visual narratives, and contribute to a mission-driven brand that empowers people to build healthier relationships with money.
