• • YouTube Video Producer for a confidential global technology client, responsible for evolving and scaling YouTube channels by making complex technology feel human and accessible through YouTube-native storytelling.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include producing YouTube-first content, leading end-to-end production (scripting, filming, producing, post-production), evolving formats, translating technical topics into compelling stories, collaborating with marketing and product teams, using performance data to optimize reach and retention, and shaping the long-term creative roadmap.
• • The role is with Snowball Digital, a creative YouTube partner supporting a major tech brand’s content strategy, working alongside Snowball’s YouTube growth experts (27M+ subscribers, 110B+ views) in a hybrid setup based in Mountain View, CA.
• • The producer will gain experience scaling high-performing YouTube channels, refining storytelling for technical audiences, leveraging audience insights for growth, and shaping the creative direction of a global brand’s YouTube presence at scale.
