- • As the Chief Executive Assistant, you serve as the CEO’s command center and execution integrator across a three-business portfolio, translating fast-moving ideas into clear plans, systems, and follow-through to ensure accountability and momentum.
- • You will own the CEO’s calendar, priorities, weekly planning rhythm, and daily execution check-ins, converting brain dumps into structured tasks with owners, deadlines, and follow-ups while driving cross-business execution and maintaining a weekly portfolio scorecard.
- • You’ll partner with key operators in Ops, Sales, and Deal teams, coordinate across time zones (including St. Martin ground support and remote VAs), and support light investor/client communication—all while working remotely with a preference for US Eastern Time overlap.
- • This role offers the opportunity to build systems that scale execution, sharpen strategic prioritization skills, and gain deep exposure to multi-business operations in luxury real estate, home services, and development—ideal for growing into a Chief of Staff or Operations leadership role.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant, or Operations Partner roles supporting a founder or CEO
- • Proven ability to run execution systems end-to-end (priorities → plans → tracking → completion)
- • Strong project management skills with ClickUp, Asana, or equivalent tools and KPI reporting discipline
- • Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience and fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana/ClickUp)
