📋 Description

• As a Content & Visibility Strategist at Agent Inc., you will play a central role in shaping how creative clients are perceived across digital and editorial platforms by transforming ideas into consistent, high-quality content that builds long-term visibility and reinforces brand positioning beyond traditional social media tactics.
• You will help design and execute strategic visibility bursts around key themes or moments, ensuring content resonates authentically with target audiences while aligning with clients’ storytelling-driven PR and branding goals in the commercial production and advertising industries.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include turning raw ideas and conversations into clear, usable content assets; developing material that functions across social, PR, and editorial channels; maintaining consistent tone and positioning; and tracking engagement to refine strategies based on what resonates.
• You will work closely with the PR and branding team to shape multi-channel content strategies, leveraging your instincts for authentic, engaging storytelling to move beyond generic output and create meaningful audience connections.
• The role emphasizes structured thinking—organizing messy input into actionable plans—and comfort working across PR, content, and digital ecosystems without relying on paid media or growth hacking tactics.
• You will contribute to building a repeatable system for ongoing client visibility, helping the agency expand its capabilities in strategic content orchestration for creative brands seeking deeper audience engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level English fluency (critical for crafting nuanced, authentic content)
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives
• Structured thinking and organizational ability to transform messy input into actionable content plans
• Excellent instincts for identifying what feels authentic, interesting, and engaging versus generic or formulaic content
• Comfort working across PR, content, and digital channels—not limited to social media execution
