📋 Description
- • The Marketing Coordinator will own and execute core marketing operations tasks across web, email, and internal workflows, playing a critical role in supporting the company’s growth by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of marketing outputs.
- • Day to day, the person will upload and format content on WordPress, update website pages for accuracy, build and schedule email campaigns via CRM platforms like Constant Contact, manage contact lists and tags, and maintain workflow momentum in Asana by moving tasks between stages and centralizing updates.
- • The team operates within a growing professional services organization focused on strengthening internal marketing operations, improving ownership clarity, and ensuring quality across all marketing outputs with an emphasis on structure, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
- • The person can learn to master end-to-end marketing execution, gain deep experience in WordPress and CRM platforms, refine project management skills in Asana, and develop expertise in scaling marketing operations within a fast-paced, structured environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or execution-focused marketing roles
- • Hands-on experience working within WordPress
- • Experience with email marketing platforms or CRMs (Constant Contact or similar preferred)
- • Strong organizational and time-management skills
- • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- • Ability to work independently and take ownership of recurring tasks
