- • BeReal, a revolutionary social media platform dedicated to fostering authenticity and genuine connections, is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Growth Manager to spearhead its global user acquisition and scaling efforts. As a key member of our international team, which currently boasts over 100 employees and 40 million monthly active users, you will play a pivotal role in transforming BeReal into an iconic social network used by hundreds of millions worldwide. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with Voodoo’s central growth team, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing consumer-facing digital product.
- • In this high-impact position, you will be instrumental in building and leading a dedicated team of 3+ growth specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to architect and execute a comprehensive growth strategy designed to dramatically scale BeReal’s user base. This will involve overseeing and optimizing a diverse array of user acquisition channels. You will drive the strategy and execution across paid user acquisition (UA), leveraging data to maximize ROI and reach. Simultaneously, you will explore and implement product-led growth initiatives, identifying opportunities within the app itself to encourage organic adoption and retention. Offline activities, strategic partnerships, and public relations efforts will also fall under your purview, ensuring a multi-faceted approach to market penetration.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative content production strategies, managing influencer marketing campaigns to amplify our message, and driving organic growth through community engagement and robust App Store Optimization (ASO) practices. Cultivating strong relationships with app store platforms will be crucial for maximizing visibility and download rates. Your role will demand a deep understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem, encompassing both branding and performance marketing tactics, to ensure a cohesive and effective growth strategy.
- • A core component of this role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing. You will partner with these teams to ensure seamless execution of the growth strategy, aligning efforts and leveraging collective resources for maximum impact. This collaborative approach is essential for translating strategic vision into tangible results and ensuring that product development and marketing initiatives are in lockstep with growth objectives.
- • Data analysis will be at the heart of your decision-making process. You will conduct systematic and in-depth data analysis, meticulously tracking and interpreting key metrics to measure the performance of all growth channels. This data-driven approach will enable you to identify high-performing initiatives, prioritize future growth opportunities, and make informed decisions that optimize user acquisition and retention. You will be expected to develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to communicate progress and insights effectively to leadership and relevant teams.
- • Staying ahead of the curve is paramount. You will continuously monitor industry trends, analyze competitor growth strategies, and identify innovative activations and emerging channels that can be leveraged to maintain BeReal's competitive edge. This proactive approach to market intelligence will ensure that BeReal remains at the forefront of social media innovation and user engagement.
