- • As Director/Sr. Director, Growth Marketing (SEM and Paid) at Newfold Digital, you will lead the paid performance marketing strategy to drive high-quality customer acquisition and revenue growth across a portfolio of industry-leading brands including Bluehost, HostGator, Domain.com, Network Solutions, Register.com, and Web.com. This role is critical to scaling efficient, data-driven growth engines that align with business objectives like MRR, customer count, and marketing efficiency ratio (MER), ensuring multimillion-dollar media investments deliver measurable impact.
- • You will own the global performance marketing strategy, defining channel mix, audience segmentation, and investment models while managing a multi-million dollar annual media budget with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving KPIs tied to MRR, Spend/MRR, and customer acquisition efficiency. This includes setting quarterly and annual growth objectives across paid search, social, display, video, and emerging channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and YouTube.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing acquisition strategies across paid channels, driving experimentation frameworks for bidding, creative testing, and audience segmentation powered by AI and automation, and ensuring landing pages and site architecture are optimized for performance and user experience in partnership with Web and Cart teams.
- • You will serve as the owner of the single source of truth for paid performance dashboards, integrating data from platforms like GA4, GV360, TradeDesk, Adobe, and SFDC, while partnering with Finance and other Marketing teams to refine attribution models and inform spend reallocation decisions through predictive LTV modeling and real-time reporting.
- • Leadership of a global team of paid media professionals (in-house and agency) is central to this role, requiring mentorship, performance guidance, and cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Brand, Finance, and Strategy teams to ensure unified messaging, optimized customer journeys, and alignment with quarterly targets and Rule of 40 principles.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-driven marketing automation, advanced attribution modeling, and global performance marketing scalability, while shaping the growth trajectory of a diverse portfolio of web technology brands serving millions of customers worldwide.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in overseeing paid media and growth strategies, including deep operational knowledge to guide and lead teams.
- • Proficiency in analytics and AI platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, Ahrefs, and experience leveraging data to derive insights and inform strategy.
- • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse, global teams toward achieving common goals.
- • Strategic thinking capability to develop long-term plans aligned with business objectives, adapt to evolving market conditions, and integrate emerging technologies including AI.
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- • Preferred: Experience in the web hosting or SaaS industry and a proven track record of scaling digital marketing initiatives in high-growth environments.
