📋 Description

• • As the first-ever Senior Field Marketing Manager at Fleetio, you will build and scale a field marketing function from the ground up, directly connecting marketing efforts to revenue, customer engagement, and sales success in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• • Day to day, you will partner with sales to design and execute territory-based marketing plans, create personalized customer experiences (events, dinners, field moments), manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, and use Salesforce and data to measure and optimize marketing impact on pipeline.
• • Fleetio is a modern fleet management software platform that recently raised $450M in Series D funding, serves thousands of organizations globally, and is a founding member of the Rails Foundation, known for its innovative culture and remote-first workplace since 2012.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic field marketing, gain ownership over pipeline-driving initiatives, strengthen cross-functional collaboration with sales, and build repeatable, data-informed programs that scale with the company’s growth trajectory.
