- • As a Director, Paid Search at Tinuiti, you will lead a portfolio of clients and serve as a senior, day-to-day owner of client relationships and growth strategy, partnering with Senior Client Partners and Pod Leaders to align account recommendations with client goals and drive measurable outcomes.
- • You will own executive relationships, anticipate and resolve issues, lead onboarding and transitions, and foster trust with senior stakeholders by creating high-value moments to influence decisions and connect Search to other channels like Social, Commerce, TV, and Creative.
- • You will partner with internal leaders to resolve escalations, integrate Bliss Point insights into executive-ready actions, and own the financial health of your team and channel(s), including margin, utilization, capacity, and forecast accuracy, working closely with Finance and Pod Leadership.
- • You will build and lead a high-performing team through clear goals, weekly 1:1s, feedback, skill development, and succession planning, while installing operating rhythms and governance to sustain performance and improve consistency across the Pod.

- • You will drive accountability for outcomes, eliminate process and spend waste, accelerate adoption of effective practices, and model speed and follow-through while championing a culture of ownership, innovation, and client-centric growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Paid Search/Shopping with proven results at scale (>$1M monthly) and executive client communication and decision facilitation skills.
- • 3+ years of direct people management experience, including leading managers and senior individual contributors, with expertise in hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- • Proficiency with Google/Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, SA360/Skai, competitive tools (Auction Insights, Adthena/SpyFu), and comfort with scripts and workflow automation.
- • Strong cross-channel literacy to connect Paid Search to SEO, Social, Commerce/Retail Media, TVAD, and Creative in clear executive narratives.
- • Demonstrated financial acumen in margin, utilization, capacity management, and reliable forecasting in partnership with Finance and Pod Leadership.
- • Expertise in GA4, experiment design (sample size/power), forecasting, financial modeling, and the ability to synthesize MMM, incrementality, and platform signals.
