📋 Description

• As a Customer Success Manager at Lovable Labs Inc., you will guide users from first value to full adoption, building trusted relationships that turn every account into a success story and directly impact how customers build and innovate with software.
• You will own post-sale success including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for key accounts; build and execute success plans; drive value realization through proactive check-ins, QBRs, and enablement sessions; partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to surface feedback and shape roadmap; troubleshoot blockers; and track health scores and adoption metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lovable Labs Inc. is a small, talent-dense team based in Stockholm building a generation-defining company that empowers anyone to build software with any language—from solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams—with a mission to transform raw ideas into real products fast, valued for extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in customer success strategy for SaaS and AI-native products, become a trusted advisor guiding customers on best practices and new features, and grow your ability to bridge customer needs with product and growth teams in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in CS, account management, or solution consulting in SaaS or AI
• Track record of driving adoption, renewals, and expansion across mid-market, enterprise, and strategic accounts
• Strong communicator who blends empathy, business acumen, and technical curiosity
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes
• Skilled at running onboarding, QBRs, and success plans with multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable collaborating with Product, Sales, and Engineering to champion the customer voice
• Comfortable with ambiguity and iteration in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Bonus: experience supporting developer tools or AI-native products
