- • Customer Success Manager role at DoiT International, a global technology company specializing in cloud-driven solutions for businesses using AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. The role is integral to the Customer and Partner Success team, focused on ensuring customer success through the full lifecycle—from onboarding to renewal and expansion—by acting as a trusted advisor and orchestrator of the customer journey.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning a portfolio of customer accounts, driving time to first value (TTFV) through effective onboarding and enablement on DoiT Cloud Intelligence™, building deep relationships with key stakeholders (CFOs, FinOps leads, engineers, cloud architects), performing business context discovery with Forward Deployed Engineering teams, maintaining accurate Customer 360 records, identifying and managing risks using health scores and usage data, coordinating with marketing on customer advocacy (case studies, interviews), and providing insights to Account Management teams for QBRs and renewals.

- • The role offers the opportunity to develop expertise at the intersection of cloud technology, financial operations (FinOps), and customer impact. The CSM will grow skills in cloud cost optimization, success planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer advocacy while working with cutting-edge cloud technologies and contributing to product feedback loops as the 'voice of the customer'.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success in a B2B SaaS company
- • Native Hebrew speaker
- • 1-2 years of experience with a public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- • Working understanding of cloud cost drivers and ability to support customers in improving adoption through usage efficiency and basic optimization concepts
- • Fluency in English (professional verbal and written)
