- • Customer Support Specialist (LATAM) at Onhires Inc. is a pivotal role supporting a fast-growing SaaS company focused on workflow automation and customer communication for US-based businesses, where support extends beyond ticket handling to include technical troubleshooting, automation configuration, and proactive customer engagement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing fast and professional support via chat, email, and Zoom; investigating and resolving issues related to workflow automations, messaging campaigns, telecom delivery, compliance rejections, and platform configuration; building and troubleshooting no-code workflows using tools like Zapier; escalating bugs to engineering; coordinating with telecom providers; and proactively monitoring customer activity to prevent issues and recommend improvements.
- • The company operates in a high-performance, product-driven environment that values technical curiosity and close collaboration with customers using AI-powered tools, integrations, and automation platforms to run critical business operations, offering exposure to cutting-edge SaaS workflows.

🎯 Requirements
- • Previous experience in a SaaS support environment is mandatory; candidates from traditional BPO/call center/scripted support backgrounds will not be considered.
- • Experience with no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools, including understanding of triggers, filters, actions, workflow logic, and troubleshooting failed automations.
- • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple, customer-friendly language and comfort leading Zoom calls and onboarding sessions.
- • Comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously, with strong problem-solving, prioritization skills, and a proactive ownership mindset.
