- • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at 9am.ai Inc., you will own and lead a portfolio of strategic clients from post-sale through long-term partnership growth, serving as a trusted advisor to drive retention, adoption, and expansion of 9amHealth’s cardiometabolic care solutions.
- • Day to day, you will act as the executive-level point of contact for assigned accounts, lead Quarterly Business Reviews, manage end-to-end onboarding, identify expansion opportunities, and serve as the internal voice of the client across product, care, marketing, and operations teams.
- • 9am.ai Inc. is a Series B healthcare technology company redefining cardiometabolic care through AI-enabled solutions for diabetes, obesity, hypertension, and related conditions, with over 200 employees and backing from top-tier investors including Founders Fund and 7Wire Ventures.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in virtual care and pharmacy solutions, influence cross-functional priorities, drive measurable health outcomes for clients, and grow into a strategic leader shaping long-term partnerships in a fast-scaling, mission-driven organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare customer success, account management, or client partnerships
- • Proven experience managing complex or enterprise healthcare accounts
- • Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
- • Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in remote or distributed teams
