  • • Customer Success Manager at Latamcent for Maestra.io, an all-in-one marketing platform for eCommerce brands, responsible for managing the full post-sales lifecycle to drive customer growth and retention.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing 16–24 eCommerce customer accounts, onboarding 1–2 new customers per month, leading strategy sessions and QBRs with VP/C-level stakeholders, setting up and optimizing email/SMS campaigns, automated flows, website personalization, loyalty programs, and product recommendations, designing integrations via Zapier, APIs, and event-based triggers, and tracking KPIs like conversion rate, retention, AOV, and campaign performance.
  • • Latamcent operates as a remote-first, lean, founder-funded, profitable company with 18+ years in marketing technology, prioritizing high-impact results over unsustainable scaling and maintaining a compact team of top performers.
  • • In this role, the individual will own $300–400k ARR by month 6, growing to $700k+ ARR by year 1, produce 5+ published client success stories, develop strategic account management skills, gain deep expertise in eCommerce marketing tech stacks, and influence product and sales alignment through cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years in a client-facing role at a B2B SaaS or MarTech company
  • • Strong understanding of eCommerce marketing fundamentals
  • • Basic HTML/CSS skills and experience with automation/integration tools (Zapier, APIs, event triggers)
  • • Comfortable interpreting and presenting performance metrics and A/B test results
  • • Clear, concise communicator with excellent English (C1/C2)
  • • Experience with platforms such as Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, Nosto, or Rebuy
