Partner Success Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Partner Success Manager at Acronis International AG, you will drive Annual Recurrent Revenue growth by managing a portfolio of service providers using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, focusing on account planning, partner retention, and increasing adoption of new services.
• • Day to day, you will conduct territory analysis and planning, train and onboard partners, align with distributors for joint channel enablement activities, motivate partners to upsell and cross-sell services, act as a trusted advisor throughout the partner lifecycle, and orchestrate internal resources like Presales and Technical support to support partner growth.
• • You will join the Inside Sales Channel Management organization at Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection with over 1800 employees across 50+ countries, dedicated to delivering all-in-one cybersecurity, data protection, and endpoint management solutions for MSPs, SMBs, enterprises, and home users.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in channel sales, cybersecurity market dynamics, and partner lifecycle management while achieving measurable impact through KPIs such as partner revenue, churn rate, and services sold via partners, contributing to Acronis’ mission of protecting the digital world.
