Customer Success Manager (D&I - India)

📋 Description

• • As a Customer Success Manager for India, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with strategic military and governmental agencies across India, acting as the main point of contact during the contract life cycle to drive customer value, retention, and satisfaction.
• • Day to day, you will partner with customers to understand mission requirements, guide integration of Planet data into geospatial workflows for applications like border security and disaster response, navigate complex Indian government structures, identify stakeholders across ministries, own renewal and expansion opportunities, and act as the internal Voice of the Indian Government to influence product roadmap.
• • Planet Labs PBC designs, builds, and operates the largest constellation of imaging satellites in history, delivering geospatial data to commercial, environmental, and humanitarian sectors globally, with a people-centric culture and remote-first workforce spanning offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and The Netherlands.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic government relationship management, geospatial workflow integration, and value-based success planning, while influencing product direction and achieving measurable mission outcomes for high-stakes Indian defense and intelligence clients.
