- • As a Customer Value Engineer at Simpplr, you will serve as the technical subject matter expert for customer onboarding, ensuring seamless implementation and post-launch success of the AI-powered intranet platform. You will troubleshoot complex technical issues, guide customers through configurations and integrations, and act as a trusted advisor to drive customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include researching and diagnosing technical issues during implementation, escalating unresolved problems to internal teams, collaborating with Engineering and Product on solutions, logging and tracking issues via Jira and Zendesk, building empathetic customer relationships, contributing to high NPS scores, providing accurate feedback, advising on custom integrations, authoring scripts for onboarding, supporting legacy data migration, and sharing best practices to enhance customer outcomes.

You’ll gain experience influencing product improvements, managing complex multi-stakeholder projects, and delivering measurable impact on customer satisfaction — positioning you as a strategic technical advisor in a high-growth enterprise software environment.
