• In this Full Stack Engineer role, you will be a critical contributor to our product development lifecycle, working within a truly cross-functional team. You'll collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA specialists. Your involvement will span the entire software development lifecycle, from initial product discovery and planning through to deployment. We value your input at every stage and encourage you to actively participate in shaping our industry-leading products.
• Your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end development of robust new features, APIs, and enhancements. This includes taking full ownership of the development of features across the client, server, service, and database layers. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining high-quality, responsive web applications.
• On the front-end, you will leverage TypeScript, JavaScript, and React to create functional, component-based user interfaces. This involves building reusable and modular components, writing comprehensive tests, and ensuring a seamless user experience. You'll be crafting components using modern React practices, including hooks and stories, to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• On the back-end, you will design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic, primarily utilizing the Express framework. You'll also work with NestJS, Vite, and Next.js, which are considered a plus. This includes creating efficient and scalable server-side solutions that power our platform.
• Database management is another key aspect of this role. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing database schemas, writing efficient queries, and managing interactions with our Postgres databases. Ensuring data integrity and performance will be paramount.
• A significant part of your role will involve ensuring our customers receive a white-glove experience with our products. This means not only building functional features but also focusing on performance, reliability, and user satisfaction. You will be actively involved in finding and fixing bugs at DeelSpeed, maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
• Collaboration is at the heart of our engineering culture. You will actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to uphold and elevate our code quality standards. Effective communication of project progress, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential for success.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of Full-Stack experience, with a strong focus on TypeScript development.
• Expertise in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Express.
• Proven experience in creating responsive web applications, including front-end components with React and back-end APIs with Express.
• Experience with database design and optimization, particularly with Postgres.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
