📋 Description

• As a Global Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for Aleph’s global vacancies, contributing directly to the company’s mission of empowering advertisers through strategic partnerships with leading digital platforms.
• Day to day, you will partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers across four continents to conduct proactive talent sourcing using advanced search techniques, engage candidates, and support the full recruitment lifecycle in a real-world, fast-paced environment.
• You will join Aleph’s dynamic and innovative team, which operates in 130+ markets and represents world-leading platforms like TikTok, Google, Amazon, and nearly 55 others, offering a truly international workplace where your contributions have measurable impact.
• Through this six-month immersive internship, you will develop expertise in direct sourcing, build a strong foundation in talent acquisition processes, enhance cross-cultural communication skills, and gain hands-on experience that prepares you for a long-term career in global recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Spanish, Portuguese, or French) are a strong advantage
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean search, or other sourcing tools is preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and work collaboratively across time zones
